The incident happened at the Sixty6 magazine launch in London on Tuesday night. Many believe the 29-year-old intentionally did it to capture media attention at the event attended by Kendall Jenner.
The Sun UK reported that Pascal oozed body confidence in the backless dress which she teamed with silver heels and a curly hairstyle.
