Many people were feared dead after two female suicide bombers invaded a popular market in Maiduguri and blew themselves up.

Two female suicide bombers carried out an attack at a popular market in Maiduguri known as Monday market in Borno state.
According to an eyewitness, Mohammed Imam Ali, many were feared dead following the twin blasts which occurred in the metropolis on Sunday morning.
Mohammed Imam Ali shared the photos of the dead bombers on his Facebook page and wrote: "Innalillahi wainna lillahi rajuun. This morning 2 females bomb suicide explosion in Maiduguri Monday market, please, my friends, we most be vigilante. May Almighty Allah bring peace to our there state an our country at large. Ameen."
