AMB. SUKUBO SARAIGBE SUKUBO, REMAINS THE ONLY RECOGNIZED, AUTHENTIC AND LEGITIMATE PRESIDENT OF NATIONAL YOUTH COUNCIL OF NIGERIA (NYCN)

The attention of the Secretary General of the National youth council of Nigeria has been drawn to the news making round the media on the purported inauguration of a said president of the National youth council of Nigeria in the person of one Mr. Solomon Adodo by a faction of the NYCN.

We are here to state that this is a mere exercise in futility as there was no legitimate Congress called to engage in an electoral process according to the Constitution of the National Youth council of Nigeria, which brought his purported emergence as the president, making the whole exercise a mockery to due process.

We are sincerely not here to engage in politics of bitterness with the said faction as NYCN is strongly know to be a non political body which abhors herself of any selfish gains and interests. We are totally here to fight for a collective interest of Nigerian youths.
For the sake of clarity, we seriously maintain that the  current president of the National youth council of Nigeria  Amb Sukubo Saraigbe Sukubo is the legitimate President as he was elected by a Congress with legal backings.
We refuse to join issues with any group that are using their selfish interests to undermine the Aims and objectives of the National Youth council of Nigeria.

"Quod non habet" we say to them, " no one gives what he does not have, as their purported Inuguration lacks merit and authenticity.
Lastly, we will resist anyone who would want to turn the Apex youth Umbrella into a political arena as Amb Sukubo Saraigbe Sukubo is the president and still the president untill the expiration of his tenure.

We hereby refer the public to the acknowledgements of his leadership by the Ministry of Youth and Sports development and the Office of the Secretary to the government of Federation, which helps to vindicate the present leadership of the NYCN from the baseless and gold digging adventure of the said faction, aimed at misguiding the general public about the authenticity of the present leadership of the National Youth Council of Nigeria.
